Assalam O Alaikum Warahmatullah

Dear All,

Look who is back in action WOW its TM Farid Siddiqui & he really means some business. He's back after a long time. Also get ready for some Challenges & Challengers too.

Moreover, also get ready for some breath - taking , challenging , colorful , dramatic , exciting , heart - breaking , interesting & mind blowing meetings.

In the last meeting of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club', on Thursday 20th January 2011, what a wonderful & an exciting meeting it was once again ! we have one very experienced Toastmaster who conducted the show that evening , TM Dr. Avan B . Aga was the TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening.

During the meeting attendance was good, pleasantly altogether 11 members with 02 guests attended the show, which is a excellent sign for the club improving :).

TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening - TM Dr. Avan B . Aga , conducted the meeting & off - course we all enjoyed the session. TT ; Table Topics were conducted by TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz.

There were two prepared speeches & prepared speakers were TM Iqbal Bakshi & TM Suleman Punjwani who performed in the meeting; speeches were well scripted & wisely chosen. Both speeches were organized , well prepared & delivered in fascinating way.

TM Iqbal Bakshi delivered his project 04 from advance manual of Specialty Speeches, 'Speaking Loud'. His speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor. TM Suleman Punjwani delivered project 06 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Vocal Variety'. His speech was evaluated by TM Maneckji Appoo.

01 - TM Farid Siddiqui have been declared as BEST Table Topic Speaker & runner - up was TM Dr. Avan B . Aga.

02 - While in  prepared speeches session BEST Prepared Speaker was TM Suleman Punjwani & runner - up was TM Iqbal Bakshi.

03 - Moreover , in category of evaluation BEST Evaluator was TM Iqbal Bakshi - ( as Table Topics Evaluator ) & runner - up was TM Sajjad Zahoor - ( as Speech Evaluator ).

In the category of 'Best Big Three' which includes TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Dr. Avan B . Aga , TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz & GE ; General Evaluator TM Farid Siddiqui. And winner was TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz & runner - up was TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening TM Dr. Avan B . Aga.

The Word Master was TM Farid Siddiqui & Word Of The Day was Grift , Snafu & R & R. The winner for The Word Of The Day was none other then TM Junaid he used it for 03 times & runner - up was TM Farid Siddiqui he used it for 02 times , great.

Evaluation session was lead by TM Farid Siddiqui - GE ; General Evaluator, his team was comprised of the following individuals :

1.        Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Table Topic Master.
2.        Toastmaster Iqbal Bakshi - Table Topic Evaluator.
3.        Toastmaster Iqbal Bakshi & Toastmaster Suleman Punjwani - Prepared Speeches.
4.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor & Toastmaster Maneckji Appoo - Prepared Speeches Evaluators, respectively.
5.        Toastmaster Izhar -Timer.
6.        Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Grammarian.
7.        Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Word Master.
8.        Toastmaster Junaid - Ah – Counter.
9.        Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Vote Counter.

Next week on January 27th, we will have our regular meeting.
