Review

Dear All,

Get ready for some Challenges & Challengers too. Moreover, also get ready for some breath - taking , challenging , colorful , dramatic , exciting , heart - breaking , interesting & mind blowing meetings.

In the last meeting of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club', on Thursday 24th March 2011, what a wonderful & an exciting meeting it was once again ! we have one very experienced Toastmaster who conducted the show that evening , TM Haris Zahoor was the TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening.

During the meeting attendance was good, pleasantly altogether 10 members with 12 guests attended the show, which is really an Excellent sign for the club.

TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening - TM Haris Zahoor , conducted the meeting & off - course we all enjoyed the session. TT ; Table Topics were conducted by TM Fazlur Khan.

There were four prepared speeches & prepared speakers were TM Adnan Ahmed , TM Aqueel , TM Avan B. Aga & TM Ghafoor who performed in the meeting; speeches were well scripted & wisely chosen. Both speeches were organized , well prepared & delivered in fascinating way.

TM Adnan Ahmed delivered his project 01 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Ice Breaker'. His speech was evaluated by TM Izhar. TM Aqueel delivered his project 01 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Ice Breaker'. His speech was evaluated by TM Iqbal Bakshi. TM Avan B. Aga delivered his project 05 from advance manual of Story Telling, 'Bringing History To Life'. Her speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor. TM Ghafoor delivered his project 01 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Ice Breaker'. His speech was evaluated by TM Maneckji Appoo.

01 - TM Maneckji Appoo have been declared as BEST Table Topic Speaker & runner - up was TM Khalid Razzque.

02 - While in  prepared speeches session BEST Prepared Speaker was TM Avan B. Aga & runner - up was TM Adnan Ahmed.

03 - Moreover , in category of evaluation  BEST Prepared Speaker Evaluator was TM Maneckji Appoo & runner - up evaluator was TM Farid Siddiqui.

04 - In the category of 'Best Big Three' which includes TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Haris Zahoor , GE ; General Evaluator TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz & TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Fazlur Khan. And winner was GE ; General Evaluator TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz & runner - up was TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Haris Zahoor.

Evaluation session was lead by TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz - GE ; General Evaluator, his team was comprised of the following individuals :

1.        Toastmaster Fazlur Khan - Table Topic Master.
2.        Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Table Topic Evaluator.
3.        Toastmaster Adnan Ahmed , Toastmaster Aqueel , Toastmaster Avan B. Aga & Toastmaster Ghafoor - Prepared Speeches.
4.        Toastmaster Izhar , Toastmaster Iqbal Bakshi , Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor & Toastmaster Maneckji Appoo - Prepared Speeches Evaluators, respectively.
5.        Toastmaster Dr. Avan B. Aga -Timer.
6.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor - Grammarian.
7.        Toastmaster Iqbal Bakshi - Word Master.
8.        Toastmaster Izhar - Ah – Counter.
9.        Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Vote Counter.

Next week on March 31st, we will have our regular meeting.
