Dear All,

Look who is back in town WOW its TM Fahim Uz Zaman - Presiding Officer & this time he really means some business. He's back after a gap. A long time once again but now he's back & looking for some Challenges.

Get ready for some Challenges & Challengers too. Moreover, also get ready for some breath - taking , challenging , colorful , dramatic , exciting , heart - breaking , interesting & mind blowing meetings.

In the last meeting of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club', on Thursday 06th January 2010, what a wonderful & an exciting meeting it was once again ! we have one very experienced Toastmaster who conducted the show that evening , TM Maneckji Appoo was the TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening.

During the meeting attendance was good, pleasantly altogether 12 members & 01 guest attended the show, which is a excellent sign for the club.

TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening - TM Maneckji Appoo , conducted the meeting & off - course we all enjoyed the session. TT ; Table Topics were conducted by TM Junaid.

There were two prepared speeches & prepared speakers were TM Suleman Panjwani & TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz who performed in the meeting; speeches were well scripted & wisely chosen. Both speeches were organized , well prepared & delivered in fascinating way.

TM Suleman Panjwani delivered project 05 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Your Body Speaks'. His speech was evaluated by TM Fahim Uz Zaman. TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz delivered his project 04 from advance manual of Speaking To Inform, 'A Fact - Finding Report'. His speech was evaluated by TM Farid Siddiqui.

01 - TM Dr. Avan B. Aga have been declared as BEST Table Topic Speaker & runner - up was Guest Gibran.

02 - While in  prepared speeches session BEST Prepared Speaker was TM Suleman Panjwani & runner - up was TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz.

03 - Moreover , in category of speech evaluator BEST Prepared Speech Evaluator was TM Farid Siddiqui & runner - up was TM Hanif Sattar.

In the category of 'Best Big Three' which includes TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Maneckji Appoo , TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Junaid & GE ; General Evaluator TM Hanif Sattar. And winner was GE ; General Evaluator TM Hanif Sattar & runner - up was TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Maneckji Appoo.

The Word Of The Day was Diplomat & the winner for The Word Of The Day was none other then TM Sajjad Zahoor he used it for approximately 04 times , great.

Evaluation session was lead by TM Hanif Sattar - GE ; General Evaluator, his team was comprised of the following individuals :

1.        Toastmaster Junaid - Table Topic Master.
2.        Toastmaster Izhar - Table Topic Evaluator.
3.        Toastmaster Suleman Panjwani & Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Prepared Speeches.
4.        Toastmaster Fahim Uz Zaman & Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Prepared Speeches Evaluators, respectively.
5.        Toastmaster Bilal -Timer.
6.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor - Grammarian.
7.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor - Word Master.
8.        Toastmaster Mehmood - Ah – Counter.
9.        Toastmaster Mehmood - Vote Counter.

Next week on January 13th, we will have our regular meeting.
