Review

Dear All,

Get ready for some Challenges & Challengers too. Moreover, also get ready for some breath - taking , challenging , colorful , dramatic , exciting , heart - breaking , interesting & mind blowing meetings.

In the last meeting of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club', on Thursday 31th March 2011, what a wonderful & an exciting meeting it was once again ! we have one very experienced Toastmaster who conducted the show that evening , TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz was the TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening.

During the meeting attendance was good, pleasantly altogether 10 members with 07 guests attended the show, which is really an Excellent sign for the club.

TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening - TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz , conducted the meeting & off - course we all enjoyed the session. TT ; Table Topics were conducted by TM Iqbal Bakshi.

There were four prepared speeches & prepared speakers were Khalid Razzaque , TM Farid Siddiqui , Adnan Ahmed & Aqeel who performed in the meeting; speeches were well scripted & wisely chosen. Both speeches were organized , well prepared & delivered in fascinating way.

Khalid Razzaque delivered his project 01 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Ice Breaker'. His speech was evaluated by TM Sajjad Zahoor. TM Farid Siddiqui delivered his project 04 from advance manual of Entertaining Speaker, 'A Dramatic Talk'. His speech was evaluated by TM Umer Ahmed. Adnan Ahmed delivered his project 02 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Organize Your Speech'. His speech was evaluated by TM Fazlur Khan. Aqeel delivered his project 02 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Organize Your Speech'. His speech was evaluated by TM Izhar.

01 - TM Haris Zahoor have been declared as BEST Table Topic Speaker & runner - up was Guest Ibad.

02 - While in  prepared speeches session there was a tie for the BEST Prepared Speaker between Khalid Razzaque & TM Farid Siddiqui. After the breaking - tie & final decision from Presiding officer of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club' the BEST Prepared Speaker Khalid Razzaque & runner - up was TM Farid Siddiqui.

03 - Moreover , in category of evaluation  BEST Prepared Speaker Evaluator was TM Hanif Sattar & for runner - up evaluator , once again there was a tie between TM Sajjad Zahoor & TM Izhar. After the breaking - tie & final decision from Presiding officer of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club' runner - up evaluator was TM Izhar.

04 - In the category of 'Best Big Three' which includes TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz , GE ; General Evaluator TM Umer Ahmed & TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Iqbal Bakshi. And winner was TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz & runner - up was TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Iqbal Bakshi.

The Word Master was TM Sajjad Zahoor. The Word Of The Day was Persistence. The winner for The Word Of The Day was Guest Ibad he used it for 03 times & runner - up was Guest Atif he used it for 02 times , good.

Evaluation session was lead by TM Umer Ahmed - GE ; General Evaluator, his team was comprised of the following individuals :

1.        Toastmaster Iqbal Bakshi - Table Topic Master.
2.        Toastmaster Hanif Sattar - Table Topic Evaluator.
3.        Khalid Razzaque , Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui , Adnan Ahmed & Aqeel - Prepared Speeches.
4.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor , Toastmaster Umer Ahmed , Toastmaster Fazlur Khan & Toastmaster Izhar - Prepared Speeches Evaluators, respectively.
5.        Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui -Timer.
6.        Toastmaster Fahim Uz Zaman - Grammarian.
7.        Toastmaster Sajjad Zahoor - Word Master.
8.        Toastmaster Fazlur Khan - Ah – Counter.
9.        Toastmaster Haris Zahoor - Vote Counter.

Next week on April 07th, we will have our regular meeting.
