Dear All,

Look who is back in action WOW its TM Fahim Uz Zaman - Presiding Officer & he really means some business. He's back after a long gap & looks like a some real Challenger.

Get ready for some Challenges & Challengers too. Moreover, also get ready for some breath - taking , challenging , colorful , dramatic , exciting , heart - breaking , interesting & mind blowing meetings.

In the last meeting of PTMC ; 'Professionals Toastmasters Club', on Thursday 13th January 2010, what a wonderful & an exciting meeting it was once again ! we have one very experienced Toastmaster who conducted the show that evening , TM Haris Zahoor was the TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening.

During the meeting attendance was good, pleasantly altogether 10 members & 02 guests attended the show, which is a excellent sign for the club.

TME ; Toastmaster Of The Evening - TM Haris Zahoor , conducted the meeting & off - course we all enjoyed the session. TT ; Table Topics were conducted by TM Farid Siddiqui.

There were two prepared speeches & prepared speakers were TM Suleman Punjwani & TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz who performed in the meeting; speeches were well scripted & wisely chosen. Both speeches were organized , well prepared & delivered in fascinating way.

TM Suleman Punjwani delivered project 06 from basic manual of Competent Communicator, 'Vocal Variety'. His speech was evaluated by TM Izhar. TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz delivered his project 05 from advance manual of Speaking To Inform, 'An Abstract Concept'. His speech was evaluated by TM Farid Siddiqui.

01 - TM Fahim Uz Zaman have been declared as BEST Table Topic Speaker & runner - up was TM Haris & TM Sajjad Zahoor - ( a tie ).

02 - While in  prepared speeches session BEST Prepared Speaker was TM Suleman Punjwani & runner - up was TM Shahrukh Shahnawaz.

03 - Moreover , in category of speech evaluator BEST Prepared Speech Evaluator was TM Farid Siddiqui.

In the category of 'Best Big Three' which includes TME ; Toastmaster Of The - TM Haris Zahoor , TTM ; Table Topics Master TM Farid Siddiqui & GE ; General Evaluator TM Sajjad Zahoor. And winner was Toastmaster Of The - TM Haris Zahoor & runner - up was GE ; General Evaluator TM Sajjad Zahoor.

The Word Of The Day was Intimate & the winner for The Word Of The Day was none other then TM Fahim Uz Zaman he used it for approximately 03 times , great.

Evaluation session was lead by TM Sajjad Zahoor - GE ; General Evaluator, his team was comprised of the following individuals :

1.        Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Table Topic Master.
2.        Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Table Topic Evaluator.
3.        Toastmaster Suleman Punjwani & Toastmaster Shahrukh Shahnawaz - Prepared Speeches.
4.        Toastmaster Izhar & Toastmaster Farid Siddiqui - Prepared Speeches Evaluators, respectively.
5.        Toastmaster Junaid -Timer.
6.        Toastmaster Izhar - Grammarian.
7.        Toastmaster Fahim Uz Zaman - Word Master.
8.        Toastmaster Fahim Uz Zaman - Ah – Counter.
9.        Toastmaster Junaid - Vote Counter.

Next week on January 21th, we will have our regular meeting.
