Hooded Mergansers back at Starker Arts Park

Yesterday, I saw two pairs of Hooded Mergansers in the little pond in front of the Peffer Amphitheater. I hadn't seen any in a couple of years during the restoration of the wetland and the year following. It's wonderful to see them back again! Hope the Widgeons return too. The wetland restoration looks great!
