Eagle on Harrisburg bridge?

Hi All - 

Perhaps this is already well known for the group, but it's new to me.  I was driving back from Eugene today along 99E and was crossing over the bridge into Harrisburg.  I noticed a HUGE nest or two on top of the bridge. On the one nest there seemed to be a very large bird heading looking around - brown with eagle-like beak.  That's all I can tell you as I couldn't look for any more detail since I was driving and kinda needed to watch the road. 

Is there/has there been an eagle's nest on that bridge?  I noticed that the Harrisburg High School mascot is the eagle.

Anja,

Ospreys have nested on the Harrisburg bridge for decades.  I have not been out there lately but they are most likely what you saw.
