Hello,

This evening we saw a Black-tailed Bumblebee (Bombus melanopygus, but we like to call them orange-butts) on Osoberry (Oemleria cerasiformis, a.k.a. Indian-Plum) in our front yard.

Finally, this week we have a male Rufous Hummingbird whirring around our feeders.

I went for a run today and saw some Nuttall's Toothwort (Cardamine nuttallii, a.k.a. Slender Toothwort) blooming at Forest Dell Natural Area and along Lester Ave, between Glen Eden Dr. and McDougal Dr. They were cheerfully blooming in numbers on the north side of Lester Ave. near driveways.
