Willamette Daisy (E. decumbens). Maybe Showy Daisy (E. speciosus) or Philadelphia Fleabane  (E. philadelphicus). I want to show one or two Willamette Valley fleabane flowers. Fleabanes in the Willamette Valley have wide, flat disks that can be easily distinguished from Hall's.

Mountain species: find any mountain variety you have that looks like an aster. Let's only show one or two examples. I can explain how many look like Hall's but you won't see them next to each other.

Hello,

My apologies for this mysterious message. I meant to send this to Lisa last night, requesting photos but my dyslexia decided that I should send it this list instead. But now that I have your attention about the subject of Hall's Aster, here's a photo from our garden, September 2021. This native aster should be blooming in the Willamette Valley about now. In our neighborhood, it grows at the end of Lancaster St., next to the Jackson-Frazier Wetland parking area.
