Hands On Stage Lighting Workshop

CDS are organising a technical workshop for

Stage Lighting

on Sun 2nd April 2017, running from 10am-3pm

Aimed at beginners to intermediate or as a refresher course it is a basic introduction to lighting and will cover:

1. Brief History of light control
2. Current Lighting Protocol - DMX
3. Rigging, setting up, positioning, addressing
4. Focusing, plotting
5. Running a Show

   (1 & 2 will be informative with 3-5  “Hands On”)

The venue with its stage lighting system is The Players Theatre, Hurstpierpoint

   Price: just £20 for CDS members
              and £30* for non-members
