The 2018 CDS February Frolics will be performed on 23 & 24 February 2018 and 9 March :

• Our annual comedy dinner theatre event traditionally comprises both a set of comedy sketches and a short play with a meal served between the two halves.
  
• The shorter elements (and smaller number of lines!) mean it's an ideal opportunity for new or returning actors and directors to flex their dramatic muscles!  

This year's short play is the French farce "Mixed Doubles" by Georges Feydeau, and will be directed by Ken Collins

Come and read the script for Mixed Doubles or discuss to discuss sketches, either to direct or take part and to get involved with putting on the show in other ways!

• As well as multiple short sketches there are Six roles in the one act play - for three mature men and women (click for details)
  

• Two would-be seducers decide to share a dining room. But are their companions for this double date really who they seem? 
• Everyone is a target and no one escapes unscathed from Feydeau’s hilariously biting critique of class and seduction

• We are also seeking performers, writers and directors for the accompanying set of comic sketches!
