Male Actors Needed for "Deliver Us From Evil" in May

Hi Everyone,

A familiar issue to us all.  Please can you circulate this on urgently to your personal contacts and local group mailing lists.

Ditchling Players need to fill three male character roles, for this mystery thriller by J.D. Robins.  They include a Barrister and a Churchman, so maybe Horace Rumpole or Father Brown will provide inspiration.    

Playing ages are flexible, but ideally all are 40s to 50s

• Ben Seaton – new rector in the parish. He is concerned about his wife’s health. Steady and thoughtful with a sense of humour.

• Tim Bestwood – a self-confident barrister who is also a church warden.

• Peter Rawlins – He presents himself as a quiet, courteous person has the attributes of the stereotypical professor of archaeology.

Someone has had to drop out of the May production cast, so Ditchling Players are back on the hunt!

 

URGENT CALL FOR ACTOR for “Deliver Us From Evil”

The part is in 40s – 50s year bracket – but flexible. 

If anyone is currently free at the moment (rehearsals start March 10^th ). It is an important role (as are all in any play) but it would be possible for someone who would be interested to pick it up at the end of their current Spring run.
