Is there a way to change the default page setup in Microsoft Paint? I
use it exclusively for screenshots and I hate having to reconfigure
margins and orientation each time.

Why dont you just set it up as a blank paint document the size you want
and save it to the desktop. You open it up and then do your stuff and
then you save it with some document name.
