I'd like my clock to read in EST (Eastern Standard Time) AM or PM, but
it continually resets upon reboot.

Is there an adjustment that I'm missing? I've tried the toolbar, etc.,
control panel didn't do it either. Is there a program blocking it?
Thanks in advance. Or, has something changed in IE 7 that I'm not
aware of?

the system battery in your computer is dieing it is on the motherboard and
looks about the size of a nickle or quarter... replace that and problem
solved just reset your time and date
