how to install msxml4.cab?

I try to install the redistributables of MSXML4. I downloaded the file
msxml4.cab, unpacked it. When I try to install it by right-click on the
inf-file and selecting 'Install' I get the error message 'Installation
failed'. No further info is available. Where can I find any info on how to
install this package and/or what the necessary system prerequisites are.

I downloaded the msxml.msi file, it worked.
try this .. if fails then the other one....

Thanks for your reply. msxml.msi does work, but I don't want to install the
XML SDK on the customer's machine, I just want to install the
redistributable DLLs, which, according to the MS website, is encapsualted in
the msxml4.cab file.

Did anyone have success to install the msxml4.cab?
