System Requirements for deploying SOAP Toolkit

Hi

Does anyone know what system requirements exist for accessing the SOAP
toolkit 3.0 on clients with VC++ 6.0?

I am not sure whether the Internet Explorer 5.0 has to be installed, or if
there is a way to deploy the required files for SOAP without having to urge
the customer to install internet explorer.

Yes, IE is required. The SOAP toolkit uses some IE supplied DLL's.
