how long does it normally take for the customer to
recieve the extended warranty papers? i ordered it about
a month or so ago n still i have nuthin. can anyone tell

Not normally a month. Contact them to see what is happening.

I didn't get mine for 2 months, but the extended warranty doesn't start til
you original 90 days is up and then they send you the paper work. If it
have been over 60 days just call them and give them the serial number on you
Xbox and they will tell you if you are on an extended warranty or not!
