I'm getting the following message when trying to stream certain videos
purchased from Amazon Unbox to my Xbox 360:

"Can't play this content because it may not be supported. For more info,
go to www.xbox.com/support. Status Code: 69-C00D3E84"

It only happens on certain videos. And for those same videos, I was having
some playback issues on my PC (image ghosting, Unbox freezing). I contacted
Amazon support and they pointed me to a knowledgebase article, which had a
patch to address the issue (the CS rep said it was a "100% CPU utilization
patch"):

"Microsoft has released a fix for the problem where the Amazon Unbox
Video Player uses 100% of the CPU when playing interlaced videos.

To prevent this from happening in the future, please visit the
following web link, then download and install the hot fix for x86:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939209"

The rep said this patch should also take care of the streaming issue to my
360, but I'm still getting the same problem after the patch has been
installed. I was able to solve the problem of the ghosting image in WMP11 by
going into the advanced options and unchecking "Use video mixing renderer"
(or by unchecking "Use overlays" and "Use high quality mode", I'm assuming
it's the same thing).

So now it works in WMP11 and the Unbox player, but I still can't get it
working on my Xbox 360. I'm running XP SP2, by the way, and my video card is
a NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS.
