Glad to be of help
However if Halo 2 was installed months ago, the necessary restore
points may already be gone.

I'm using the latest drivers for my 8800GT, I have two Gigs of memory and
every other game I play COD4, Bioshock, Crysis etc all play fine. Just
this game gives me trouble.

THANK YOU.!!!! I JUST ONLY RUN THE H2V-licr.msi AND IT WORKS.
1) I live in Spain but do NOT read or speak Spanish.
2) Microsoft keep asking that I renew and then require me to pay in
$dollars, when I can only renew by paying in Euros or GB sterling.
3) How can I give a zip code and or a state in USA when I do NOT live there.
Can someone at Microsoft or in this forum please help me.
When working the system seems to function but the current situation is
really p**ing me off.
