Hi,

The problem only happens when we get an e-mail with an
attachment.
If we goto open the attachment whether it be a jpg, exe or
ppt, black or red dotted lines come up all over our
screen. They dont dissaper unless we come out of outllok
completely.
I have got Office 97 with SR1 and SR2 installed. I have
scanned for viruses and it is clear.
Any Ideas

WARNING - opening an "*.exe" attachment should only be done on a machine whose
drive you wouldn't mind having reformatted. Some of the more sohpisticated
viruses can mimic a "friendly" sender's address. Omar

This newsgroup is for MS Works and Works Suite programs.
You would probably get better response in the Office or Outlook newsgroups.
