MS Works Calendar & Project file transfer from PC to laptop

I use Microsoft Works Calendar, projects & tasks on my stand alone PC.
1)How do I transfer these (Calendar, Projects & Tasks) to my laptop to use
when I am on the road?
2) Can I make updates to the transfer copy and re update (copy) to the PC
file?
3) It is inportant to me to transfer the projects too. How do I do this?
I have two Microsoft Works software licenses - one on each computer.
I am using XP; Except for the licence #, both versions of Microsoft Works
are the same.
