Numpty new Page Question

Hi all

I have just created a flow chart type document using arrows and text boxes
etc.
Trouble is I don't know how to create a new page.
The cursor position doesn't recognise text boxes and arrows so is positioned
2/3 of the way up the page.
If I hit return it moves the arrows etc down the page.
What I want to do is move the cursor to a point below the text boxes and
insert a page break.
Anyone know how to do this please?
Also can I have the page setup for the second page portrait and the first
page landscape?

Now sorted thanks.
Pressing the Page Down button moved the cursor below the "active line" and
entering carriage returns did the rest.
