Problem with Word and Windows 2000

I installed Windows 2000 (Server) and set up separate accounts and passwords
for family members. I installed Office 2000 with MS Word, etc. Word works
fine on all user accounts except my wife's account. I uninstalled &
reinstalled Office 2000 and still it will not work on my wife's account. I
deleated her user account and set her up with a new account on the computer
with a new user account name and still it won't work when she is logged in
to Windows through her account.

Hear is what it does:
As soon as she openes Word and types a couple of words she gets this ERROR
MESSAGE:
Canon BJC_4300
"Error Occured During File Creation"

I failed to mention that this PC has never had a BJC printer installed.
I do have a Conon MultiPass C530 installed.
