Is there a RTF control which allows linked tables to spreadsheets and databases

Hi,

Does anyone know of a component/ocx which has the look and feel of microsoft
word.

Specifically I am looking for a RTF control which can have linked tables to
spreadsheets or a database in a similr way to Word.
