Hi,
I need to know which printers a user can select and use for printing his
docs.
(A list with the installed printers in Windows)
Because there are several different printers which all uses different
paperbins.
So when the user select to print on blankpaper or preprinted paper he must
also select te printer which he likes to use because of the right
paperbin-settings.
I suppose that I need to link to a special Object, but I can't find the
right one.
Also I didn't manage to read them from the registry.

summarized:
I do need the same printerlist in a userform as the printerchoice in the
dialog FilePrint. Who knows a solution?

Many thanks, Iris Lenderink.

The problem with word printernames is that they don't mach up with anything
you can find anywhere. Word comes up with strange virtual ports on NT 4 and
Win2000. (NE001: sound formiliar ?) what you can do is change the printer to
one of the printernames you found in the registry (Word does not care if you
add 'on ...' or not ) and dan ask the name of the printer. On a given system
this name is alway's the same (until a user changes printer settings). The
best way is to strip the extra information from the printername and urse
that for reference. note: this is language specific (on, op, a means the
same in english, dutch and french)
