*** For me the solution was updating the Bluetooth driver from LENOVO's website (the laptop/computer manufacture's website) once the driver was installed the bluetooth playback through BOSE Bluetooth audio adaptor worked perfectly.
The good news is that a fix for this is in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. With this update playback on Spotify can continue while the screen is off to conserve your battery power. While you might not have this update yet, you can update Windows manually by going here: -us/help/4028685/windows-10-get-the-fall-creators-update. The music will, however, stop when your computer goes to sleep. You can control the sleep settings in the Power & sleep settings.

I am sure I'm not the first trying to do this, so how do you do?
The problem I had with it was that the latency was unbearable. I ended up ditching FlexASIO and buying a cheapish set of computer speakers to plug directly into audio interface instead, so that Windows and the interface had independent speakers to output to. Then you can set up Guitar Rig to use the ASIO driver from the audio interface and it'll output via the cheap speakers and Windows can use the computer's sound card to output to your main speakers.
