Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a document, which is based on a template; in the template, there is a
table of Figures and a table of Tables.
I have a document, which is based on a template; in the template, there is a
table of Figures and a table of Tables.
When I get the following error, I would like to replace the error message
with a text string, such as "No Figures in this Document". I would like to
maintain all documents created with the template to have the same look and
feel.
Therefore if there is a table automatically create it, if there is no table
create the message.

The only way I can think of to do this is to create a
macro that will check the document and add the field codes
for the tables only if the appropriate items are found OR
format the field codes as Hidden text if they are
displaying the error message. The error messages cannot be
eliminated without deleting the fields.
