When you hit the "Developer tab" on Word and then hit Design Mode (under controls group) you see various controls you may use like "Date Picker".
They are grayed out for me. I remember you have to save the document a certain way but forgot how.
Please help me get these to work.

For the content controls to be accessible, Design Mode should be turned off and
the document must be saved in a Word 2007/2010 format (*.docx, *.docm, *.dotx,
or *.dotm).
