Sometimes word puts a space before the colon. It depends from pc to pc? How
can I change this?

Odd. How does Word put a space before a colon until after someone puts the
colon there. I mean how does Word know a colon is coming next and inserts a
space?
Are you sure this behavior doesn't occur after the colon is placed. I mean
Word replaces a colon with a leading space then a colon?
If this is case then I suspect on the pc involved that someone has created
an autocorrect entry that replaces : with <space>:
Go to Tools|AutoCorrect Options|AutoCorrect tab. See if there is an enter
to replace : with : and delete it.

If the language of the text is French, this would be standard behaviour.
Word would put protected spaces in front of other punctuation (!, ?, :),
and into « smart quotes », too.
The relevant setting if you don't want that to happen in French text would
be "Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoFormat while typing > Replace straight quotes
with smart quotes".
