My spell checker has been changed to Spanish (guatemala), and I cannot figure
out to change it back. Please help.

Open the document where this problem occurs, press Ctrl+A to select all of
the text, and click on Tools | Language | Set Language | English | uncheck
the "Detect language automatically" box | Default | OK. If you are prompted
to save your normal.dot global template when you exit Word, say yes.
