I don't know whether anyone has come across this before, whether it is
a bug or what?

On a user's PC running Office 97 professional, and Windows 95, the
spell check, grammar check and thesaurus appear to be installed
correctly, but there is a problem with the thesaurus. Basically when
you try to check a word, it's blank. There are no alternatives given
and every box is "greyed out" except for the cancel button. This is
only happening on one PC, I have tried un-installing the thesaurus and
re-installing it again - this made no difference. I also compared all
the lex files I have in the common files directory, I added the three
which were missing, which also made no difference. Then I copied all
of my lex files into the user's common files directory, again this has
made no difference.

If anyone can help it will be greatly appreciated.
