I am sending a file to another person using the Verdana font. When she uses
the file it converts to Latin Verdana.
Any ideas why the change in font?

Exactly what indicates that it's "Latin Verdana"? As far as I can
tell, there is no separate font with that name.
Does the document appear on screen or on paper differently than on
your computer?

and uncheck the "Keep track of formatting" option. That may eliminate
