I use Word 2000. I would like to create a 4-page booklet that prints on the
front/back of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper (landscape). I cannot
figure out how to create a document like this in Word.

Hi Michael,

See the article “Booklet printing

Or how to print a folded booklet with numbered pages half the size of your
paper” at:

http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm

Please respond to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be
interested.

Hope this helps

Doug,

Thanks for the tip. YES! It helped a bunch. I was able to set everything
up okay. Also, thanks for introducing me to the mvps.org website. Very
nice site and should be handy in the future.

I have the same question but I am using word97
and I don't think this will work unless you have word2000
My problem is that I cannot get the two pages on one sheet
of paper. Hope you have better luck than I do
