Page border cut off at the bottom

Hi everyone,

I got a little issue with page borders (under Format/Borders and
Shading/Page Border). Whenever I apply a page border, the bottom portion of
any style seems to get cut off in print preview and during printing. I
tried playing around with margins and various other settings for page
borders with no success. The only thing that seems to help is increasing
the paper size under File/Page Setup from 8.5x11 to 8.5x11.2. When I do
that, the cut-off portion reappears on Print Preview but still gets cut
during printing.
