Help! How do I keep my page numbering continuous throughout my d.

I am doing a book and adding section breaks for each chapter because I have
different info in my headers.

However, I want to keep my page numbering sequential throughout my
manuscript and not have it start over with each section break.
What can I do? Your help is appreciated! THanks.

I'm guessing you already turned off "same as previous" in all of the footers,
and you already inserted a page number field in the footer of every section
but the page numbers restart numbering at 1 after a section break. To make
the page numbers continuous:
1. Open the footer of a section where the page numbering restarts.
2. Select the page number field.
3. Click on Insert | Page Numbers | Format | click the "Continue from
previous section" radio button | OK | OK.
4. Close the footer.
5. Repeat steps 1 thru 4 for each section where the page numbering restarts.
