Depends.
1) Are these images in-line with the text? Or could they be put in a Frame
(Forms toolbar) so that you can use very basic text flow, if that's what you
need? If yes, then you can use the "Hidden" font formatting, displaying hidden
text on-screen, but not printing it.
2) If the images must be "floating", are they the only graphical elements
being used? If yes, turn off the printing of Drawing objects in
Tools/Options/Print
If neither 1 or 2 are suitable, then you're left with using VBA to identify
and delete or substitute the graphics before printing...
