dsoframer hangs vs 2008 in debug mode

my main form opens a new form hosting a dsoframer to open an excel file. when
i use axFramerControl1.Open(myfile, false, "Excel.Sheet", Missing.Value,
Missing.Value) vs 2008 hangs on this line. if i try it opening a new empty
document using axFramerControl1.Createnew("Excel.Sheet") vs 2008 hangs on
this line also.
if i just try to open the new form and the dsoframer without any office type
of document, it hangs when i use menu "File" and choose the type of document.
Any One can HELP PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE?
