A list of numbers

I need to make a tabel list of years (1852-1933) I know that it is possible
to automize the process in word, but how?

Any ideas, out there?

First, create a table with 81 rows (one for each year) and however many
columns you need. Then select the Years column and apply automatic paragraph
numbering. Select the first para number and then go through Bullets and
Numbering to customize the number to Start At 1852. All of the other numbers
will then re-number.
