I have a client who wants her return address for envelopes to be
centered. She also wants a different size font for a couple of the
line in the address. If this possible and if so, how do I make it
happen? Thanks so much for your help!

Modify the Envelope Return style so that the paragraph format is centre
aligned.

For the different font size issue, probably the best thing to do is add some
formfields into the address block and apply the desired formatting to the
respective fields. Create a template of the Envelope and then use that
whenever an envelope is required.

This may be covered in Graham's web page, but if not, create a text box
(with no border line or fill) and put the return address in that box. Format
it the way you want. Then save this as an AutoText entry named
EnvelopeExtra1. You'll have to work on the positioning in a document created
from your template that has an envelope inserted in the document. Send me an
email and I'll send you a template that has an AutoText entry like this that
you could modify.

When using this, you need to check "omit return address" on the envelope
dialog.

To permanently change the font of the delivery address and return
address, open the Normal template and modify the Envelope Address or
Envelope Return style.

Thanks to all of you! I apologize for the faux pas of contacting anyone
directly. I've learned my lesson! Thanks again.
