MasterDocument and network paths

I am trying to make a master document with sub documents.
The problem is is the path for the master document differs
from computer to computer on our network. (on my drive it
is G: on another pc it is f: and so on...How can I put the
hyperlink in it so it goes to the proper document
location, no matter what computer access it via the
network ?
