The cheat's way is to do this. Make sure that end of paragraph marks are showing (if necessary click the ś button on the Standard
Toolbar). Create your bullets in the normal way. Select just the paragraph mark, and make it the colour you want the bullets to be.
The proper way to do it is to use styles (perhaps the built-in List Bullet styles) and modify them to suit your needs. Format |
Styles | Modify | Format | Numbering | Bulleted. Click on one of the panels (preferably the one that is already highlighted), click
Customize, then Font, and choose your colour.
