1. Print Preview in Word displays a document exactly as
it will print, with footnotes, headers, footers, etc...
Especially, it prints footnotes on the same page that
they are referenced. What component in Word performs
this function, how can I access it and reuse it in
applications, including Internet Explorer or Netscape?
The default Print Preview template for IE displays and
prints the same document differently it displays in
Word. How can I change the IE template so it mimics the
one in Word. Can I build a component from the Word Print
Preview component that would allow any user to sent
documents and use the Word Print Preview template. If
someone could point me in the right direction that would
be helpful as well.

Internet Explorer is a Web browser, not a word processor. A Web page is not
a document. There is no way you can force a Web page to behave like a
document.
