Best you can probably hope for is to save your PDF as an
RTF (Acrobat 5 or above will let you do this), then
import into word.
Any way you look at it, you'll have to do some fairly
major work in Word to get it looking the same as in the
PDF.

I use SnagIt and love it, but it will not capture text in .pdf files.
Unfortunately, I did not know this when I purchased it :-(
