Clipart problem

Hi All,

Could you please help me out. I am having trouble
searching for clip art. When i search for a particular
category, i am not getting all the serach results....

What i have done:-
I went to other search options, and click on every options
in the all collections. And i am still not getting all the
serach result...

Using the same machine - if another user log in and search
for the same category, the users is getting all the
results? The users will get all the search hits from
office, web collections, etc... And i am not getting any
hits especially from web collections.... (i am connected
to the internet)

Could you all please help... I find it weird....
