<salutation> <firstname> <lastname> <and, userfield3>
Now... userfield3 may or may not be populated. If the field -is-
populated, getting MS-Word03 to put an "and, " in front of the results
is no problem. What I cannot figure out is how to insert a linebreak
after the comma. For example, if userfield3 contains information, I
want it to look like this:
Mr. John Doe and,
Ms. Jane Doe.
Right now, when userfield3 is populated it looks like this:
Mr. John Doe and, Ms. Jane Doe
If userfield3 is -not- populated, the following results are returned
(this is the desired outcome):
Mr. John Doe
To summarize, this is what I need help with:
If userfield3 contains data, the results must appear on two lines, the
first line should end with "and, " followed by a linebreak, then the
data contained in userfield3. How do I insert the linebreak after the
"and, "?
Thank you!!
