Using Word 2003 and Windows XP. My ruler keeps disappearing. I turn it on,
and it turns itself off! HELP! (I've copied a normal.dot file from an
earlier version of Word. Is that possibly the problem? Should I reinvent my
normal.dot? I have a LOT of auto text entries, etc. that I hate to lose, but
will if I have to.)
