formatting for multi. printers

I am having trouble with two projects one is a book and one is a booklet.
Both print fine on the computer they are created on but when taken to
another computer the fomating is just a little off.

Mostly the pages don't end at the right place. The page settings are the
same and it isn't a font issue so I am assuming it is a printer driver
problem. Is there a way to format or a setting that universally formats for
most printers. The booklet is being distributed on floppies so it can be
printed out at home.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
