It's a bit complicated, but it works:

1. On the Drawing toolbar, select AutoShapes | Basic Shapes and pick the
triangle.
2. Click at the upper left corner of the text and drag down and to the right, to
approximately the center of the text.
3. Right-click the triangle and select Format AutoShape.
4. On the Colors & Lines tab, set the line color to No Line. The fill should be
opaque white.
5. On the Layout tab, set the wrapping to Tight. Click OK.
6. While the triangle is still selected (all you'll see is the selection
handles), copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) to create a second triangle with the
same shape and attributes as the first.
7. On the Drawing toolbar, select Draw | Rotate or Flip | Flip Horizontal.
8. Drag the second triangle to the right, aligning its upper right corner with
the upper right corner of the text area.

This works best if the text between the triangles is given Justified alignment
and is properly hyphenated to avoid large white gaps. You may need to drag the
bottoms of the triangles up or down to get the best fit.
