When sending multiple memos and letters it would be halpful if I could scan
my own signature - then insert it at the end of a Word Doc, rather than
having to sign 100 letters by hand. How do I go about this? Please help, i'd
appreciate it.

Save your scan as a jpg, or better a .gif file with a transparent background
and then use the Insert>Picture dialog to insert the picture into your
document in the required location.

And having inserted the picture, select it and save it as an AutoText entry
for ease of reuse. Better still, when you create a letter template, include
the signature as part of the default closing.
