Save it as .jpg image or somehow export it to my other program?

Or can anyone suggest another free program which offers shapes as .jpg images?

If you copy the shape to the clipboard, then you can use Paste>Special to
paste it as a .jpg.

Or, if you save the document in which you have the shape as a Web page, the
shape will be saved as a .gif file in a folder with the name of the
document.
